True Success at anything comes with Humanity and Taking people along

After my previous post on “If You Can Dream It, You Can Do It”; which was very well accepted and largely viewed by the people I’d first of all like to thank them and hope you implement my writings in your daily life. It’s not about creating a huge following it’s about creating a change in your life that can make millions of lives better and happy altogether.

The biggest mistake an aspiring game changer can do is to become self centred, be isolated from people and avoiding interactions with them considering the fact that they are mediocre and way too low on knowledge to be with. Remember ladies and gentlemen “Proud is Good but Pride will spoil you”. In order to be successful in life you need to create an aura around you so that people will like you, admire you; adore you for how noble you are! Being humble is the biggest asset one can have, you need to take care of people around you and help them get what’s important for them. Be a good human, only then can true success come to you!

Recent example, Virgin Corp’s founder Richard Branson popularly known as Dr. Yes made a revolutionary decision by providing his company’s 140 new parents one full year of paid parental leave. What a noble stand has this amazing philanthropist & leader taken. It’s not only humane but imagine; the joy and contentment of the employees who’ll be blessed to know how much their bosses care for them. Tell me guys; wouldn’t this step encourage employees to work in a better way for the firm? Obviously yes because the more they feel at home and the better the work environment, the better sales they’d be able to produce.  Also, such an act is a punch in the face for other competitors in the market for it’s not possible for all to take such bold decisions.

Getting close to people, helping them, motivating them and taking care of them would shower blessings on you which will eventually help in later success. Noble causes never go useless because there is a higher power at work that’s viewing your everyday humbleness, gratitude towards people and how amazing a person you are. If you want to feel motivated, motivate someone else and believe me you need to do this in order to find solutions that are hidden deep inside you to problems that make you restless. Go ahead and help that old lady cross the road, lend your jacket to the homeless kid who needs it more than you, thank your sweeper for how wonderfully she cleans all the mess around, thank your security guard who keep you safe at all times, thank your Mom who loves you more than anything else in this world and thank your Dad who makes everyday sacrifices in order to keep that enchanting smile on your face alive and beaming.

The bottom line.....  Well, it’s better done than just blabbering about it; “Go out today and help someone who really needs it in any way possible however small it appears to be, believe me it’d mean a lot to them”
